The Project (working title) presents: SOUL’D: the economics of our black body, a work-in-progress showing of a new performance piece, conceived by Damaris Webb and devised by a cohort of local African American performers and designers who are engaging with the questions of how our black bodies have participated in the American Economy.
Accompanied by a screening of Root Shock, a short documentary on the saving of Portland’s Mayo House.
