What if you had no choice but to taste your neighbor’s personality? Or see explosions of magenta every time he opened his mouth? CROSSTALK COCONUT, a submersion into the neurological condition of synesthesia, is a visceral, and sometimes campy, romp awakening our sense perceptions. The interdisciplinary theater piece with a DIY aesthetic invites the larger question of how our sense perceptions effect the way we communicate with the world.
